Wayne’s got Ducks, Bandits, Cacti…Oh my!

Here in Wild Wayne Ciy, we sure had a wild time with our themed breaks this week! 

First, we had a competition between classes to see who could “mine” the most rubber duckies. We even had an extra special GOLDEN DUCK hidden that was worth THREE points! It was found by our Crazy Chemworks class, which got them enough points to tie for first place with the Escape Room class!!

Sheriff Kandace had to chase down some bandits and put them in freeze-tag-jail. Those bandits sure were speedy, and really gave her a run for her money! She deputized an assistant sheriff at one point but even that wasn’t enough to tag all the bandits. Better luck next time, Sheriff!

We also had a showdown at high noon in the town square (well, it was the Break Room during our morning break, but close enough, right?). Campers competed to see which class could get the most rings on the inflatable cacti in just 60 seconds. Six points was the score to beat for three of our classes, but then the Rodeo Ringers from AI for Art and Music Making blew everyone away with an impressive 12 POINTS in 60 SECONDS!
