Halloween Brings Fun to Chatham: Week 5

Halloween Theme Day added a festive twist to camp while the regular class schedule continued with plenty of learning and fun. Campers arrived in creative costumes, bringing excitement and personality to the day without replacing the usual camp routine.

The costumes were a highlight across camp. Campers dressed as ghosts, cops, Ghostbusters, soccer stars, various animals, knights, and many more imaginative characters. From spooky to silly to heroic, each costume helped create a cheerful Halloween atmosphere throughout the day.

Staff joined the celebration with a space theme, dressing as astronauts, aliens, planets, stars, and other out-of-this-world characters. Their costumes added extra energy and helped make the theme day feel special from the moment classes began.

Even with the festive outfits, classes continued as normal. Campers stayed engaged in their lessons, activities, and camp programs, combining the excitement of dressing up with the focus of a regular learning day. The result was a fun balance of creativity, structure, and participation.

Halloween Theme Day was a memorable celebration of imagination and camp spirit. With campers and staff dressed in creative costumes and classes continuing with learning and fun, the day brought together the best parts of camp: community, creativity, and joyful participation.
