Theme Thursday at Princeton (Week 6)

This week at Princeton, we had a very exciting, challenge-filled Theme Thursday, with the theme being Color Wars! Campers were assigned to wear either red, blue, or green, which then divided them into teams for our morning and afternoon break time relay races.

In the morning competition, campers in their teams had to see who could run the fastest, who could balance a ping pong ball on a spoon the best, and which team could get the most free throws in basketball. The Blue Team had a clear victory in these first two challenges, but Red Team took the crown for the most basketball free throws.

As for the afternoon, the relays were repeated, with a bit more variation. The campers did have to run, but they also had to do their fastest karaoke, and the free throws were modified so they all went one after the other, rather than shooting for one minute straight. Green Team had the victory this time, with Red closely following.

It was great to see campers working together and encouraging each other throughout these relays, showing that competition can be even more fun with great sportsmanship and teamwork!
