Students walk through the steps of designing their own fashion line. They will start with an inspiration board and understanding their target customer. They will decide on the color palette and fabric mix of their collection. Students learn how the body moves and how to use the 9-head croquis to start sketching ideas. Students will apply their techniques for drawing body features like lips, eyes, hands and garments like skirts, blouses, jackets, pants and dresses. Finally, students will present their fashion line to potential buyers and investors.
