Halloween Day! (Short Hills, Week 4)

Today was Halloween day here at Short Hills and the campers came dressed in their Halloween best! We had witches, video game characters, and a variety of other costumes.

This writer can say with absolute certainty that the winner amongst the staff was a camper who came in counselor costume! She was so convincing we put her to work helping take attendance in the afternoon.

In class news, students tested out their finished robots in VEX Robotics IQ and are looking forward to a spirited competition tomorrow! We wish each competitor the best of luck!

In Fashion Design, students were working on their fashion dolls to help with their clothing designs to help pitch their ideas to investors on Friday! Perspective buyers will have a chance to compare the different materials used by our fashion designers and investors will choose their favorite designer.

Finally the students in Murder Mystery have been hard at work with coming up a couple of eerie tales that they will be sharing with the class tomorrow. This writer is looking forward to hearing some of the creepy tales that will fit perfectly into our Halloween day theme!
