This week in Short Hills, our campers got to make their eukaryotic cell out of jello!
Not only did our microbiologists learn all about the eukaryotic cell, they also got a chance to take a taste of their own cell!
Our campers also learned all about fermentation by experimenting with yeast balloons! They saw how the yeast fed onto the sugar to produce carbon dioxide gas which inflated the balloons.
