Giddy Up with the Country Western Campers!

Howdy, the Wild, Wild, West (Summit) celebrated Theme Thursday with a Country Western themed day packed with rowdy fun. The westerners certainly did not disappoint with their outfits. Campers came dressed head to toe in denim, boots, props, and a plethora of fantastic hats!

During break time, the westerners learned how to line dance, a skill they will use in their future hoedowns, and galloped around the playground looking for rubber chickens—-a “classic” western past time.

To end the day, we rounded up the cowboys and cowgirls and sent them off to their next rodeo!
