Back and Ready to Bake

With summer in full swing, the kids in Kitchen Chemistry are back and better than ever! As temperatures continue to rise, the students debuted with a scientific twist on on a classic refreshment! The kids worked to combine baking into balloons soda and vinegar in order to capture carbon dioxide. This gas was then used to carbonate water in order to make Fizzy Lemonade! As the week continues to unfold, the young bakers continue to impress as they show off their skills while making croissants! We look forward to seeing these creations rise to the occasion!
