Battling It Out in the Superhero Olympics!! (Chatham Week 3)

Chatham Week 3 is heating up!! In honor of Superhero Theme Thursday we are hosting our annual Olympics to keep up the excitement!

During break time, Counselors hosted games and activities where campers have the opportunity to win medals for their class/team led by a superhero that the class collectively agreed upon. Some of the activities so far have included a gaga tournament, an obstacle course, a soccer shoutout, and a basketball free-throw competition.

The gaga tournament was intense! Campers were decided into 2 separate groups and played a game of gaga. The top 5 campers in each round of gaga moved onto the finals. Then those campers participated in a finals game were the top 3 was then determined.

For the soccer shootout and basketball free-throw competition, campers fought to the end by lining up and shooting/throwing the ball. The last campers left won points for their team!

Everyday campers listen on the walkie-talkie to here the results of each day! At the end of the week, classes will get bonus Ivy points depending in how their team did in the Olympics.
