Leveling Up in Website Design (Somerset Week 3)

This week in Website Design, campers learned about the basics of HTML, the significance of domains and subdomains, and how to create their own website on wordpress. First, each camper chose a topic that excited them, resulting in websites that showcased hobbies and passions from minecraft hacks and chess tactics to electric cars and pokémon. One camper even set out to solve a problem that he encounters in his life by making a safe gaming website. To their websites, they added features such as headings, photos, videos, and buttons, organized into different pages and subpages for easy navigation. By the end of this class, campers will be adept in crafting elegant user interfaces that blend elements of design and function.
