Our Digital Art class has been bursting with color, creativity, and imagination this week! Campers have been diving into the world of modern art, learning all about Pablo Picasso and his signature abstract style. After exploring the bold shapes, vibrant colors, and unique perspectives that define his work, the artists took on an exciting challenge: creating Picasso-inspired portraits of two very familiar faces—Counselors Connor and Mary Grace!
Using digital tools, campers reimagined Connor and Mary Grace with cubist flair—think zig-zag noses, sideways eyes, and colors that pop off the screen. The results were hilarious, impressive, and totally one-of-a-kind. Connor and Mary Grace were great sports, laughing and posing proudly with their digital doubles.
We’re so proud of the Digital Art class for embracing creativity and thinking outside the lines. Picasso would be proud! 🎨🖥️🧑🎨
