AdventureQuest – Leadership Games, Ages 6-8
Children go on a quest to play a series of fun and exciting games that require them to use their imagination and thinking skills. They will learn to blend both their cooperation and leadership abilities in order to finish the game. Some of the games include giant mazes with each child taking turns leading the ball thru the labyrinth, others require the group to build large structures using giant legos or foam blocks and then performing activities that include their use. In yet another game, the children will construct a large integrated walkway and then navigate it as a group without touching each other. It is fun yet challenging to do. While they think they are just having fun, the reality is that they are developing leadership and socialization skills that will last a lifetime. Facilitated by Team Makers

Exploring Dinosaurs to Old Worlds, Ages 6-8
Learn about archaeology and the techniques scientists use to excavate long lost cities. Discover ancient civilizations and the tools and artifacts they used in everyday life. Study bone fragments, pottery shards, amber deposits, and fossils; understand what they can tell us about history. Make and take-home projects each day, like a fossil reproduction, an amber time capsule, coins from around the world!

Mad Machines & Jr Engineers, Ages 6-8
Whether you enjoy building or destroying structures, you’ll love this camp! Work with pulleys, wedges, screws, and levers, build your own catapults and play robot soccer! Exercise your ability to work with others while constructing a geodesic dome big enough for all campers to fit inside! Let the engineering excitement begin!

Youngster – 3D Art, Ages 5-7
This class is about hands-on fun and exercising our creativity. Kids will be playing with their food…after making them. They will be making cakes, burgers and other favorite foods using modeling clay. They will make flower arrangements inspired by the artist, Georgia O’Keefe. They will make pop-up cards that Hallmark would be envious of. Finally, the kids will put on a puppet show using puppets they design and create.

People have been playing with chemistry for thousands of years, by stirring things together and boiling concoctions. Students will walk the path of early chemists by making perfumes, soap, chemical batteries and synthetic dyes.
