Sports Day Fanatics! Short Hills Week 1

Campers did not let the poor air quality dampen their spirits as they arrived wearing their favorite jerseys and sports apparel! Even though we stayed indoors for recess today our campers showed their competitive sports spirit in a couple different ways.

During snack break students tested their mental fitness with a round of sports trivia! Though the competition was tough, students showed good sportsmanship and congratulated each other on a game well played.

With trivia over, students got to break out of their rooms and try their hand at some games during recess including a new one: paper football. Students were eager to learn this new game and showed their skills to their fellow classmates!

With the games over, students from each sport gathered for a group photo: one for baseball, football, soccer, and every other sport represented for the day! All-in-all, despite the poor air quality, sports day was a breath of fresh air!
