As we wrap up Week 7 of International Ivy here in Summit I have to say that it has been a rather mellow week. The campers were all excited to be here and take part in their classes but at the same time had a “chilled out” vibe to them. This fit in well with our Tropical theme as mellow vibes and the beach go hand in hand.
Our campers have been creating exciting Stop Motion animations as well as a scary short film.
The Minecraft classes are always a blast as they have been building Zoo’s, Villages, and fighting the Ender Dragon as a team.
Our VR classes have been playing with the physics engine in CoSpaces and designing a roller coaster experience.
The Engineering classes have learned all about electricity, programming, and coding. While the Anatomy and Surgery class has been learning all about the brain and dissecting frogs.
Most importantly our campers have been exercising their creativity, making friends, and learning to collaborate…and as always showed off their GaGa skills!
