War and Peace Games Encounters a Special Visit from their Enemy- Gamma!

This week at Somerset, War and Peace games have learned what it means to be a country. Making alliances with countries, holding peace to limit war, and waiting for the perfect time to strike war, each camper has simulated their own nation. Alpha, Beta, and Delta.

After reviewing their individual nations, they made different agreements and treaties that said they were not to harm any other country.

However, the tensions rise as they find themselves in conflict. Each nation has its own starting money, military strength, and income. When they buy resources, they can up their income and become stronger.

All was peaceful until… Gamma came along. The most hostile country has arrived and after a lot of switches with allies, the treaties became altered. Before Gamma, Alpha, Beta, and Delta had their own alliance. After Gamma’s arrival, Alpha decided to be an ally with Gamma, but they did not know that Gamma would later ally with Beta and Delta and call war on Alpha!
