Our first week of camp at the Princeton location is well under way, and the campers are really enjoying their classes so far! One of the exciting classes where campers put their creativity to the test is 3D Printing for Beginners, taught both in the morning and afternoon.
At the beginning of the week, campers focused on making boats while learning about the engineering process, troubleshooting issues such as making sure all shapes are attached in their model in the design phase, and they were all successful with printing their unique projects.

I would also like to highlight a moment where the engineering process was utilized in the afternoon section of this class, where the campers got together to solve a problem of modeling a keychain for their next project, and needed to brainstorm a necessary shape making a chain link. They were able to discuss ideas and collaborate on potential solutions.

It’s great to see the campers challenging themselves and thinking outside the box to successfully print their creations, and we look forward to seeing everything they’ve made at the end of the week!
