Engineering of Ice Cream – Enjoying Sweet Treats (Somerset Week 6)

The Engineering of Ice Cream class in the International Ivy Enrichment Program was a lot more than just making ice cream. As the class went along we learned the science and engineering behind many common deserts, including homemade ice cream, brownies, rice crispy treats, and chocolate-covered strawberries. We are looking forward to see all of the special treats this class will make as the week goes on! Special shout out to our wonderful instructor Celine!
